PointToPlay — Kullanım Koşulları

1. Kabul

PointToPlay'de hesap oluşturarak ya da uygulamayı kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.

2. Hesabınız

• Uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısınız.
• Kişi başına bir hesap açılır; hesabınızı başkasına devredemez ya da

satamazsınız.

• Şifrenizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızda izinsiz bir işlem

fark ederseniz bize hemen bildirin.

• Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar → Hesabımı sil ile silebilirsiniz.

3. Puanlar, Premium ve ödüller

• Puanlar gerçek hareketle kazanılır. **Puanların parasal değeri

yoktur**; paraya çevrilemez, satılamaz ve başka bir hesaba aktarılamaz.

• Sahte konum, konum değiştiren uygulamalar, cihaz manipülasyonu ya da başka

bir hile ile kazanılan puanlar geçersiz sayılır ve hesap askıya alınabilir.

• Puanla yapılan harcamalar (mağaza ürünleri, puanla Premium) **geri

alınamaz** ve iade edilmez.

• Premium ile açılan ayrıcalıklar Premium süresince geçerlidir; süre bitince

sona erer. Puanla kalıcı olarak alınan ürünler hesabınızda kalır.

• PointToPlay Premium, App Store üzerinden otomatik yenilenen abonelik olarak satın alınabilir (Premium Aylık: 1 ay; Premium Yıllık: 1 yıl). Ödeme, satın alma onayında Apple Kimliği hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Abonelik, geçerli dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece aynı süre ve güncel fiyatla otomatik yenilenir. Aboneliğinizi App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz; iade talepleri Apple üzerinden yapılır.

• Google Play üzerinden alınan abonelikler Google Play'in koşullarına

tabidir; iptal ve iade Google Play üzerinden yapılır.

4. Kullanıcı içeriği ve davranış kuralları

Kullanıcı adınız, görünen adınız, profil fotoğrafınız, grup adları ve açıklamaları gibi paylaştığınız her içerik için aşağıdaki kurallar geçerlidir.

Uygunsuz içeriğe ve taciz eden kullanıcılara hiçbir şekilde tolerans gösterilmez. Aşağıdakiler yasaktır:

• Çıplaklık, cinsel içerik ya da müstehcenlik
• Şiddet, tehdit veya kendine zarar vermeyi özendirme
• Nefret söylemi; bir kişiyi ya da grubu ırk, etnik köken, din, cinsiyet,

cinsel yönelim, engellilik veya benzeri özellikleri nedeniyle aşağılama

• Taciz, zorbalık, ısrarlı rahatsız etme
• Başka birinin kimliğine bürünme
• Yasa dışı içerik, spam ya da yanıltıcı içerik
• Başkasının kişisel bilgilerini (adres, telefon vb.) izinsiz paylaşma

Paylaştığınız içeriğin hakları sizde kalır; içeriği uygulamada gösterebilmemiz için bize bu amaçla sınırlı bir kullanım izni verirsiniz.

Kurallara uymayan içerik uyarı yapılmadan kaldırılabilir; kuralları ihlal eden hesaplar askıya alınabilir ya da kapatılabilir.

5. Şikayet ve engelleme

• Bir kullanıcıyı ya da profil fotoğrafını **profilindeki menüden şikayet

edebilirsiniz**.

• Sizi rahatsız eden bir kullanıcıyı engelleyebilirsiniz; engellediğiniz

kişi sizinle etkileşemez.

• Şikayetler en geç 24 saat içinde incelenir; uygunsuz bulunan içerik

kaldırılır ve içeriği paylaşan hesap hakkında işlem yapılır.

• Birden fazla kişinin şikayet ettiği profil fotoğrafı, inceleme

sonuçlanana kadar otomatik olarak gizlenir.

• Şikayet ettiğiniz kişi kimin şikayet ettiğini göremez.

6. Güvenli kullanım

• Yürürken ve hareket halindeyken çevrenize ve trafiğe dikkat edin.

Araç kullanırken uygulamayla etkileşmeyin.

• Özel mülke izinsiz girmeyin; bulunduğunuz yerin kurallarına uyun.
• Uygulamadaki öneriler (rota, yer, bölge) bilgilendirme amaçlıdır;

güvenliğinizle ilgili kararlar size aittir.

7. Hizmetin değişmesi

Uygulamanın özellikleri zaman içinde değişebilir, eklenebilir ya da kaldırılabilir. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinde bilgilendirilirsiniz. Bu koşulları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alma ya da kapatma hakkımız saklıdır.

8. Sorumluluğun sınırı

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Hizmetin kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

9. Koşulların değişmesi

Bu koşullar güncellenebilir. Önemli bir değişiklikte uygulama içinde bilgilendirilirsiniz ve yukarıdaki "son güncelleme" tarihi değişir. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

PointToPlay — Terms of Use

The Turkish version is the primary document; this translation is kept in step with it.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PointToPlay you accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
• One account per person; you may not transfer or sell your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Tell us immediately if

you notice unauthorised activity on your account.

• You can delete your account at any time via **Settings → Delete my

account**.

3. Points, Premium and rewards

• Points are earned through real movement. **Points have no monetary

value**; they cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred to another account.

• Points earned through mock locations, location-spoofing apps, device

manipulation or any other cheating are void, and the account may be suspended.

• Spending points (store items, Premium with points) cannot be undone

and is not refunded.

• Benefits unlocked through Premium last while Premium lasts and end when it

expires. Items bought permanently with points stay on your account.

• PointToPlay Premium can be bought through the App Store as an auto-renewable subscription (Premium Monthly: 1 month; Premium Yearly: 1 year). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the current price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings; refund requests are handled by Apple.

• Subscriptions bought through Google Play are subject to Google Play's

terms; cancellations and refunds are handled through Google Play.

4. User content and conduct

These rules apply to everything you share, such as your username, display name, profile photo, and group names and descriptions.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. The following are prohibited:

• Nudity, sexual or obscene content
• Violence, threats, or encouraging self-harm
• Hate speech; demeaning a person or group based on race, ethnicity,

religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits

• Harassment, bullying, persistent unwanted contact
• Impersonating someone else
• Illegal content, spam or misleading content
• Sharing someone else's personal information (address, phone, etc.)

without permission

You keep the rights to the content you share; you grant us a limited licence to display it within the app for that purpose.

Content that breaks these rules may be removed without notice, and accounts that break them may be suspended or closed.

5. Reporting and blocking

• You can report a user or a profile photo from the menu on their

profile.

• You can block a user who bothers you; a blocked person cannot interact

with you.

• Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; content found objectionable is

removed and action is taken against the account that posted it.

• A profile photo reported by several people is hidden automatically until

the review is complete.

• The person you report cannot see who reported them.

6. Safe use

• Pay attention to your surroundings and traffic while walking and

moving. Do not interact with the app while driving.

• Do not enter private property without permission; follow the rules of the

place you are in.

• Suggestions in the app (routes, places, zones) are informational;

decisions about your safety are yours.

7. Changes to the service

The app's features may change, be added or be removed over time. You will be notified in the app about significant changes. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. You will be notified in the app about significant changes and the "last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
